WHAT IS NLP?
NEURO
"Neuro" relates to the nervous system, which comprises the brain, the spinal cord, and the peripheral nerves.

"Linguistic" pertains to the language that we use, and more specifically, how we communicate with others and ourselves

HOW CAN NLP HELP?
Neuro-linguistic programming is a way of changing your way of thinking and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes. NLP is used as a method of personal development through teaching skills and techniques that will change your life.
WHO AM I?
Early on during the Covid pandemic, I had the privilege of working as a Non-emergency Transport driver, providing transportation services to individuals facing significant health challenges. It was truly an honour for me to be able to assist those in need, including some who unfortunately required our services for their final journey. Engaging in heartfelt conversations with good people about their personal struggles and life-altering experiences has given me a profound perspective that I wouldn't have gained otherwise.
Realizing that many of the individuals I interacted with were dealing with varying levels of anxiety, I felt inspired to educate myself on relevant studies, such as Epidemiology and Neurobiology. This led me to pursue certification as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, specializing in helping people overcome anxiety. Today, I am grateful to continue working with good people, now equipped with a clearer understanding of how I can support them in a meaningful way.
Psychological studies focus on the psychological aspects of anxiety, including cognitive processes, emotional regulation, and behavioural patterns. Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a psychological approach that involves understanding and influencing human behaviour patterns.
It was initially developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP suggests that there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro), language (linguistic), and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience (programming). NLP techniques are often used in personal development, communication, and therapeutic settings to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, phobias, and anxiety, and improve communication skills.

WHAT ABOUT A SAFE PLACE?
My focus is to make you as comfortable as possible in a place you can consider a safe space. This is why my sessions are conducted in public spaces of your choosing. I can also do remote sessions via video chat. Whichever works best for you.
